Terms & Conditions

Welcome to MINUS150 Limited’s website. By purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products by MINUS150 Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”) to you (“the Customer”). By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you should not proceed with your purchase.

2. Contract Duration and Cancellation
2.1 Minimum Contract Term: By purchasing our products, you agree to a minimum contract term of 12 months. This contract term begins on the date of purchase.

2.2 Rolling Monthly Renewal: After the initial 12-month term, your contract will automatically renew on a rolling monthly basis. You may cancel at any time after the initial 12 months by contacting us at [email protected]. Cancellations must be made at least 14 days before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month.

2.3 Cancellation Within Initial Term: You cannot cancel the contract within the initial 12-month period.

3. Cooling-Off Period
3.1 Right to Cancel: Under UK law, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the date of entering into the contract. This is known as the “cooling-off period.” To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel by emailing [email protected].

3.2 Exclusions: The cooling-off period does not apply if you have agreed that the service will begin before the end of the 14-day cancellation period and you have acknowledged that you will lose the right to cancel once the service begins.

4. Payment
4.1 Monthly Fees: Payments for the services will be charged monthly. The first payment will be taken upon the completion of your order. Subsequent payments will be taken on the same date each month.

4.2 Payment Methods: We process payments through Stripe, a secure and trusted payment processor. You can make payments using a variety of methods supported by Stripe, including credit and debit cards.

4.3 Payment Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment card on your account and ensuring that sufficient funds are available to cover the monthly payments. If your payment card details change, it is your responsibility to update your payment information promptly.

4.4 Failed Payments: If a payment fails, Stripe will attempt to process the payment again. If the payment fails multiple times, your service may be suspended, and we may pursue legal action to recover the outstanding balance. You will be notified via email if your payment fails.

4.5 Payment Security: All payment information is handled securely by Stripe. We do not store any of your payment details. By using our services, you agree to Stripe’s terms and conditions, which can be found here.

5. Delivery and Services
5.1 Delivery: We aim to deliver our products within the specified timeframes. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control.

5.2 Service Access: Access to the services may be temporarily suspended or restricted for repairs, maintenance, or updates. We will strive to limit the frequency and duration of any such suspension or restriction.

6. Use of Cryogenic Monitors and Limitation of Liability
6.1 Purpose of Cryogenic Monitors: Our cryogenic monitors are designed to provide proactive and accurate alerts to help manage your cryogenic materials. However, they are intended to be used as part of a comprehensive risk management strategy and not as a sole safeguard.

6.2 No Guarantee of Performance: While we have rigorously tested our products, we cannot guarantee that they will function without error under all conditions. We do not accept responsibility for any loss, damage, or other adverse outcomes that may occur if the cryogenic monitors fail to function as intended, including but not limited to the loss of cryogenic materials or associated financial loss.

6.3 Customer Responsibility: It is the Customer’s responsibility to monitor the alerts provided by the cryogenic monitors and to take appropriate action. We recommend that you regularly check the equipment and maintain backup systems where critical processes depend on the accurate functioning of our products.

6.4 Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, MINUS150 Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of cryogenic materials, financial loss, or business interruption, arising from the use of our cryogenic monitors. Our maximum liability to you for any loss or damage arising in connection with your order on our website shall be limited to the total price of your order.
